Lord I believe, help my unbelief.

"Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him! O people of Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more. How gracious he will be when you cry for help! As soon as he hears, he will answer you. Although the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, your teachers will be hidden no more; with your own eyes you will see them. Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it."

the last week.

It's my last week. And moving is surprisingly real just now. All summer it's been this ethereal thing that was just talked about. And now. It's here. It's exciting and sad and adventurous and makes me slightly sick, the kind of sick that you'd get right before going on a roller coaster, just nervous in your chest because you know it's going to be a wild ride and so much fun, but at times super scary.
So if you have any last words for me, don't worry about trying to track me down, I'll be back like 50 times before the end of the year. Okay, maybe not 50, but 3ish. Or if you really do wanna see me before I leave, give me a call. I'm leaving town Monday the 18th in the morning. And just so you know, all of you, thanks so much for being a great part of my life. I really do have a deep affection for the people in my life. I realize that the whole blog farewell is a kind of a cop out. But it really is true, I've had an incredible time here and I'll back some day. At least I think I will.

So much love.
